AUTUMN

My favourite of all seasons .even though its cold and rainy i  just love the colours  that spring up all around.........

its as if overnight the ground is splattered with amazing colour!!

everything looks so vibrant!!!and its a reminder that Christmas is on its way.........

The excitement of pumpkins and costumes trick r treating!!!

 Then bonfire night..................

 Hot soup, fires the smell of smoke and the sky lit up by all the colours of the rainbow!!!

 The cold is really setting in now and out come the winter clothes the slow cooker and hot water bottles!!!

Its a really special year for us as we have our beautiful little gran daughter  growing up and enjoying all these special things that make  up our traditions and life in the UK..................

The summer-flower has run to seed,
And yellow is the woodland bough;
And every leaf of bush and weed
Is tipt with autumn’s pencil now.
