CROWNSand pens at SUZICRAFT!!!


Tonight was a fun packed night at Suzicraft with the third spectrum pen class.Our tutor was the amazing Annette Lee who turned up to class in her  husband s magic hat instead of a crown!!! Various crowns were worn and Dimpley or should i say Queen Dimpley of dunce  made a spectacular entrance with crown sceptre and regal wave!!

It was our way of being part of the Queens special day!!We had tea and cake  brought in by Karin, Red white and blue jubilee cake!

After a lot of fun we got down to this weeks task. We stamped images which we are going to make into a three d card. Everyone had a lot of fun colouring them and Annette was on hand to give help and advice on colour combinations and technique.

It always amazes me at the variety of different work produced by the same stamps!!Everyone has there own way of colouring in and the use of colour.I must admit since buying my spectrum pens i cant put them down i love them!!!

After our class  our  crowns  were judged by  Sues dad Colin who picked out Graces  crown as the winner!!! Grace won a pack of  lovely wooden embellishments ,the first person to own them as they haven't went out into the shop yet.I haven't put up Grace s photo  and the rest of the class as a lot of people don't like being on the Internet, a big thanks to everyone else who gave their permission for me to use these images,and well done Grace!!!! The new embellishments can be inked ,painted  ,altered  and used in all of your projects!!!


A big get well soon to Sue............i hope your well enough to take part in Anettee Lees full day workshop,RANGER DAY!!! at SUZICRAFT  thats going to be fun lots of inks,paints and canvas!!!and  a lovely lunch ...cant wait!!!
