fun filled day!!

Met one of my dearest friends Judith in town today  and went for Breakfast...Sean was at Rachel's house and hubby had took Rosa shopping..the joy a morning  to do what i wanted!!

 Plenty of temptation.....

and we did have a bit of a laugh at these sorry looking gingerbread men!!!

Judy had to go for medication for her back so while she waited for her prescription i  walked around the chemist and looked at all the Christmas goodies!!i love Boots the chemist but find it a tad expensive...i love the January sales as most of the  beautiful smellys and cosmetics are half price...i love a bargain!!

 The shelves were full to bursting.....

It was cold but bright and such a lovely day!!

 I arrived home to find another lovely friend waiting ...this is Helen and she helped me set up  my new fish tank!

 It was a fantastic  find...only 11 pounds 99pence from B and M! it came with a filter and pump, a background and fake plant which was rather funny!!even a net to catch your fish when cleaning the tank...i felt so guilty as i nearly lost one of the fish last week...i love my fish and there nearly four year old!

 They live outside all summer but i bring them in for the winter when its cold!!They survive really well in a bowl for the four months in the house...but i hadn't realised how big they had grown and poor Ferb nearly  swam off  to  fishy heaven  a few days ago...lack of oxygen i think!! so now there  very happy in there new abode!!

Then my lovely man  took me and Judy to Alpha ...we only have two weeks left!

We had a lovely meal and a really good night!!

ill be sad when its finished...I'm so looking forward to next week as were having some churchy friends over for a meal!!There a raucous lot  and the last meal i had with them i had to throw them out as the noise was so bad we woke little Olivia up next door....so Julie if your reading this  we wont be noisy .promise!!!
